"Mercy Cops" is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-religious, charitable trust formed on 15th August 2012 at Poothole, Thrissur district, Kerala and registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Reg. No.325/IV/2014). It was set up in order to tackle the problems of poverty in Kerala. From its humble origin as a unity of 4 contributors focused to help the people suffering from serious illnesses, it has grown rapidly, and now its projects cover a wide range of activities located in throughout Kerala. The Trust is committed to the welfare of people from the most underprivileged strata of society without distinction of caste, color or politics. Its emphasis is on helping the deserved people, who need a support to help them to join mainstream society.
